Processing & Production Times

Bespoke seating & made-to-measure seating: Each item is custom made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production before dispatch.

Cushions & Accessories: Standard processing time is 3-5 Working days for in stock products. Pre-Order is up to 4 weeks for cushions, 6-8 weeks for bespoke booth seating and 12-16 weeks for bespoke custom-made sofas. If purchases are made with bespoke and custom made seating the whole order will be processed and shipped together.

We will confirm an estimated completion and shipping date once your order has been placed.
Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Larger seating items may require specialist courier services. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Cushions and smaller items are shipped via tracked standard courier and postal services.

VAT is calculated and added at checkout for the items that you order.
Delivery Timeframes, Access & Responsibility

Orders within the UK estimated Delivery is 3-5 working days.

We are currently not accepting orders for outside of the UK.

For larger seating items customers are fully responsible and must ensure that the delivery address is accessible for couriers (e.g. doorway width, stair access etc).

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.
Tracking & Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Specialist courier deliveries may be arranged directly with you.

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to material availability, shipping carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
