Warrenties & Liability
We guarantee that all products will be of satisfactory quality and as described. Normal wear and tear, misuse or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under warrenty.
Products & Services

We specialise in bespoke seating, made-to-measure seating, cushions and other upholstery products such as headboards and pelmets.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, variations in colour, finish and dimensions may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

All descriptions, images and specifications provided on our website are for guidance only.
Orders, Production & Shipping

When placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Bespoke and made-to-measure items require customer confirmation of measurments, fabric choices and design specifications before production begins.

Once an order has been confirmed changes may not be possible, or may incur additional charges.

Production times vary depending on the item ordered. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on item, size weight and destination.

Larger seating items may require specialist courier, which will be arranged directly with you.

We are not liable for delivery delays outside of our control (e.g. courier issues, customs delays).
Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in british pounds and include applicable taxes.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. Buy now pay later options are availble on checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Returns & Cancellations

Bespoke and made-to-measure items: These products are custom made to your specifications, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty and defective.

Cushions and non-custom made items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
